On more serious matters, so sorry to read the news about your friends over Easter; all these complicating factors are making an already difficult & unpleasant decision regrarding ventilation that much tougher for you. I just hope that whether you do end up having to go into the hospital or manage to find someone to help at home, it tunrs out less awful than you are expecting......
